Can Weight Training Help Anxiety and Depression?

  Short answer is yes, yes it does. As I am constantly fighting with depression and anxiety I have notice relief when I can actually motivate myself to move. I know it sounds completely ridiculous to those that haven't experienced it, but on my really bad days the hardest thing in the world is standing up. Honestly some days you win and some days you lose, some days it rains. So I have one more reason to look forward to the new equipment arriving. Right now I'm giddy with anticipation . That is a sensation I haven't known in a very long time. This uphill climb I have in front of  me is likely going to break me, but I am ready to die on that hill if need be.  If you found this and took the time, I appreciate it. please leave a comment and let me know what you think.
